You may not "bait
and switch" the customers to another line or a knock off of
the dress being requested. The buyers are looking for
NEW dresses. Each request will be sent spontaneously to no more than 9
vendors like yourself. We reserve the right to adjust the terms with 30
a day
written notice. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any
